Design work for a travel company specialising in Everest Base Camp treks, focused on key parts of the booking journey including the homepage, trip page and checkout. The aim was to make information easier to navigate and help users move through these stages with more confidence.
I worked on improving the structure and clarity of the homepage, refining the trip page to better surface key information, and simplifying the checkout experience. The focus was on reducing friction at key decision points and making the overall journey feel more straightforward and trustworthy. The changes helped make key information easier to navigate and supported a smoother path through booking.
I also created a set of supporting illustrations, including custom maps and icons. These helped bring the trips to life and made things like routes and locations easier to understand at a glance. It added a bit of personality to the pages without getting in the way of the content.
