The William Jones PI App is an educational maths app developed to support secondary school students in learning mathematics through an engaging digital platform. The app is inspired by the Welsh mathematician William Jones and aims to make mathematical concepts more accessible and interactive for students.
My role involved designing the user interface and creating illustrations that helped make the app visually engaging and approachable for younger users. The design focused on presenting educational content in a clear and intuitive way while maintaining a playful visual style that encouraged exploration and learning.
The interface prioritised clarity and usability so students could easily navigate lessons and activities within the app. Custom illustrations were developed to add personality and visual interest while supporting the educational goals of the platform.
The result was a friendly and accessible learning experience that combines structured educational content with engaging visual design to help make maths more enjoyable for students.
